A few weeks ago we took a LONG drive to escape the snow and went to Biloxi, Mississippi.
By long drive I mean 4 days of driving, which added up to about 3,500 kilometres (2,200 miles) each way!
And that included two provinces, Prince Edward Island, where we live and New Brunswick plus 14 states. Yes, fourteen states. The second day we travelled in 7 states.
(We took the blue route in the map below)
So, to get from our house to Biloxi, we went through Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.
Did I drive near you??
(More of our trip in the next blog post.)
You did!!! I live in NW GA, maybe an hour from your route!

Holy smokes, that IS a long drive! You didn't drive by me, but Illinois isn't much to look at anyway. Unless, of course, you're looking at my doggie. ;)

nope, not near me in Louisville KY . What a long trip. Good to know you're home safe and sound!
ReplyDeleteNot near me but it looks like you drove until you reached the end of a road. lol Was there anything in Biloxi worth driving to?
ReplyDeleteI looked back at your other post and can definitely see why you wanted to get away from the snow. That is a lot of snow.
Wow, what a trip! Yes, you drove through Maryland, how come you didn't stop to say hi! :)
