Shop is Open and My First Walk-in Custom Order

My shop in O'Leary is now open and here are a few of the things I have for sale:

On Mother's Day in Prince Edward Island it is tradition to have lobster since May is the opening of the lobster fishery.  The day before Mother's Day the lady that lives next door to my shop brought me a fully cooked lobster!  (Isn't that the coolest thing?)  Here he is sitting on my shop counter:

I had my first walk-in order from Eileen, who lives in a small community nearby.  She wanted a sign to put in her garden and she likes barn board, script fonts and beach type décor, so this is what we came up with.

She just loves it, and I do too!

  2. ohhhh how exciting Julie! I love all your signs! I haven't been making signs lately, but have taken a lot of old stock to the booth and they are almost all gone.... I need to get busy making some more.

I'm so happy and excited for you, wishing you all the best! The store looks fabulous, and you do such great work. I love the sign have I told you.... it makes me sad that I'm alone. Maybe someday . . .
